At the Noble Network, we believe that our organization will greatly benefit from the talent, energy, and perspectives of a diverse workforce and generate even stronger results for the children we serve. We believe that diverse teams perform better, and we believe that we do not currently have enough diverse talent in our senior leadership or at other levels throughout our organization. We must identify and invest specifically in our diverse leaders and emerging leaders of color.
The Diverse Leaders Fellowship (DLF) is designed to identify our diverse talent and invest in their development, while simultaneously strengthening our leadership pipeline at Noble. This pathway will enhance the experience of its participants through supplemental professional development, networking opportunities, and one-on-one mentoring. It is open to all Noble employees who identify as a member of a group that represents the communities we serve. The new opportunity is the latest addition to Noble’s growing mix of leadership and development pathways.
