This posting creates a pool of candidates for future positions that may become available. JOB SUMMARY Reports directly to the Program Manager, Section 504 and is assigned to the Regional Assistant Superintendent's Cluster. Provides leadership role in the facilitation of the Section 504 process. Facilitates team discussion in the initiation, review, re-evaluation and manifestation determination process for Section 504. Work includes completing Federal documents, maintaining appropriate files, creating reports to track student information and timelines. Oversees the Section 504 process and organizes relevant staff professional development within the assigned cluster. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
