We are looking for qualified and experienced Education Family Engagement Coordinators in Oklahoma to assist schools in managing challenges students and families are facing because of the COVID pandemic. In-person, part-time position that focuses on coordinating school wide programs and systems of support for strengthening parent-school partnerships. Facilitates family engagement workshops, connects families to community resources, and serves as a referral agent. Works with school staff to assist with student academic and social-emotional needs, tutoring initiatives, and career planning. Provide support to families (including Spanish language support), classroom teachers, school principal, and other school personnel to maximize effectiveness of services. Develop interventions in accordance with Catapult Learning and each individual private school's mission. Maintain documentation in compliance with Catapult Learning, state, and campus requirements. Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents. Conduct translation work for Spanish speaking families. Other duties as assigned. Family Engagement Coordinator Requirements : Bachelor Degree required; Master Degree preferred Bilingualism in Spanish required Knowledge and accessible network of local community resources Strong knowledge in evidence-based practices Exceptional interpersonal communication skills Experience working with schools/families/students preferred Working knowledge of MS Office and Zoom/Teams preferred A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards students, administration, parents, and other internal and external customers About Catapult Learning Our company is a provider of K-12 contracted instructional services to public and private schools throughout the US, specializing in at-risk youth and students who are struggling; we are a company with over 40 years of excellence in education.
