As a School Nutrition Assistant, you will support the School Nutrition Lead in the daily operations of the cafeteria and contribute to ensuring that students receive healthy, appealing meals in a safe and supportive environment. In addition to preparing, portioning, and serving food, you will assist with overseeing kitchen workflows, monitoring food safety and sanitation practices, and maintaining inventory and supply levels. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide guidance to team members when needed. By working closely with the School Nutrition Lead, you will help create a positive dining experience for students and staff, while supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of the school nutrition program.
