Job Description Required Certificates and Licenses: Valid state administrative license is preferred. Residency Requirements: Alabama The Assistant Principal directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities of high school students by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises 15-30 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
